Brown Field Sites
More and more new homes are being built on brown field sites, where previous factories or buildings have once stood.
On many of these sites, piling the foundations of these homes was the only type of foundation considured due to the poor nature of the ground.
It stands to reason that if the house is built on special piled foundations, any further constructions (conservatories, extensions) must be built using the same type of foundation.

Subsidence
If you have a conservatory that has subsided or need help and advice, please contact us.
It may be possible, depending on the circumstances, to stop any further subsidence without costly demolition and rebuilding work using the Arisands Mini Piled Underpinning System.
